Paper form capture
Handwritten worksheets will keep coming. A photo of one becomes sample records. Smudged or crossed-out values are flagged for a person to confirm, never guessed.
One intake queue
Online orders, paper forms, drop-offs and route pickups land in one list, with the same states from arrival to reported. Nobody has to ask where a sample is.
Results delivery
Posting a result updates the customer's page or your existing portal, and sends a short email that quotes the lab number from their label.

Seed counting from a photo
Spread a sample on a tray, take one photo, and get a count, a length spread and thousand-seed weight. Touching seeds are estimated and marked for checking.
Instrument data into reports
Result files from your analysers are matched to lab numbers automatically. Check samples and out-of-range values are flagged before anything reaches a report.
Recommendation drafts
Soil and tissue results, plus the grower's field photos, become a first-draft recommendation in your lab's own wording, ready for your agronomist to edit and sign.
Germination count assist
Photos of rolls or trays on each count day, with emerged seedlings counted and likely abnormals flagged. Your analyst makes every evaluation.
Purity and TZ image review
Images from purity work and tetrazolium staining, pre-sorted so analysts spend their time on the hard calls rather than the obvious ones.
